Great service. Food was good. New Burgers are excellent.
Well bring your own drinks because you'll have cotton mouth soon after your glasses are empty. Plus if you order the fajita they don't come out sizzling, only the skillet is hot and the food is cold. The onions and bellpeppers were not cooked. Sorry to say it was a bad night. My wife never got her mixed drink guess it was like ordering the water. This was the first time we got bad service here normally it good. Just beware if it's really busy, skip it cause they don't do well with a crowd.
The food was great, it arrived quickly and was awesome! There was nothing that I ordered that I didn't like, everything was really good! I haven't had Chili's since I was in college...I fell in love all over again!
Service was very lacking. Food way overcooked. Ordered the trio fajitas, shrimp was black and hard on one side. Rice felt like it just came out of the bag. Black beans were like bean soup. Steak tasted like a clove of garlic dipped in black pepper. This was their 2nd chance for me. Won't be a 3rd.
Update: Returned to much better service. The food was good. I mean it's a Chili's what can you expect. Mediocre.
The service was also superb; shout-out to Desiree for such wonderful service! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Terrible experience. Waited 25 minutes for our food in a half full resturant. The waiter got my order wrong, probably because when taking it he didn't write it down. They are short staffed. The Ziosk didn't work so after completing our meal we waited another 15 minutes for our check. Obviously under terrible management.
