They're always very packed especially in drive thru but, I never have to wait for my food and it's always made correctly and of course they have wonderful customer service!
I will discuss it with the manager when I go there again not for the public at this time..

One-spicy-one-reg-both-fried is what my order probably sounds like. It's the industry standard for fast-food-craving-americans. Their chicken sandwich secret is the brine they let the chicken sit in giving it that juicy, crispy, full flavored hit of tastiness that slams the taste buds on every bite, lasting well after leaving one to wonder if they could eat a few more of them. It's too bad fried chicken isn't more healthy or I'd be the poster child. In small amounts, yes. 4.3/5 for maintaining the industry's standard
