I didn't expect to get service like this, I have always been uneasy with indirect locations (Radio Shack, Best Buy). But this store was great, the service was quick the staff was friendly and they have me a discount because they had to order my phone.......
So far signing up with Sprint has been difficult. Their website would not process our online orders after many attempts. We were able to get the same offer and incentives at the Sprint store in D'Iberville. After we got our first bill we went back to the store to get our incentive credit applied and they looked into it but never got back to us. We went back a second time and the manager was able to help us. Got to give the guy credit, he is helping multiple people at any given time trying to work their phone issues out. IF anything I would recommend to work with CJ cause he is the most knowledgeable, helpful and patient.
I waited for more than an hour for someone to help me order an Apple Watch, and they helped people that came after me first.
For a Radio Shack, has a decent selection of electronic components in the back part of the store... and of course you can get a sprint phone, or audio/video cables.
This women that sits in the front of the store is getting paid for nothing literally she stood texting for over 5 minutes that felt like 15min with out no eye contact or hello or nothing until she was done. Then gave me horrible service by giving me wrong information about my questions. This is not the first time I come in there and see her in another world not doing her job so this time I will leave this review. She need to find something else to do cause her customer service sucks!
