Sitting here right now. Came in 2 hours ago. Still waiting, as are many others, while a few of the employees are blatantly not working. Came in with 7 in front of me. 2 hours later, 5 in front of me. That's one customer per hour, with 5 employees working
If I could give them 0 stars I would! They have no concept of customer service and time Managment... I've been waiting 45 minutes and I started 3 rd in their line. Don't shop here!
Surely. Surely there is a better way to manage customers. 1-2 hr waits is unacceptable.
Very helpful staff here. Unlike the rest of AT&T has become, these folks, Lawren and Stephanie specifically, understand customer service and it shows.
