Our sales associate David was awesome...very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. And, best of all, he actually uses the products he sales (he had the apps on his phone and showed me how to control what I was considering buying)!!

Very disappointed when I came to learn that the 55 inch Roku TV that only went on sale 2yrs ago was back on sale once again that was advertised for $399 online was not available at this location and they couldn't even order it for me online to be picked up at this location or any other local locations. The TV was only available in Houma Louisiana and come to find out that they don't even deliver from store to store locations to be picked up or deliver from store locations out of state to your home not even online orders can be delivered from state to state . If the item is available online it should be available to be shipped from any Best Buy location.... very unhappy but ended up buying a 55 inch insignia TV an employee recommended.
