Very helpful and friendly staff.
I was disappointed in the return policy. Purchased the wrong cartage for my printer. I lost my receipt and returned the item to exchange for the right size I needed. I called before I came in and explained what occurred with my receipt. Came into the store and they opened the package to make sure I did not open the item and refunded me $5.00 to go towards the purchase of the exchange. I was charged $32.00 after the reduction. I felt as though my service wasn't good enough for them. I felt cheated.

Terrible service! Ordered same day business cards online. Was told at 7 pm that the cards are still not available. Yet they had no problem charging my account. Manager Jason is not very good at customer service. I will definitely file an official written complaint. Will not do any future business with them.
Then learned that I could have bought the same item elsewhere for $19.00. You given me another reason not to visit your store.
The manager Mr. Jason was very disrespectful in way he treated me. I had a computer that about a couple weeks ago but switch it because it had a battery problem. The second one I got was missing a screw in the back. When I took it switch it out after 5 days, Mr. Jason said "it is astronomically impossible for two computers to be defective in a row" basically calling me a liar. I will never recommend any body going to this store or buy any electronics from office depot.
