But this place is no different than all other apartment complexes.
My mother has lived here for a while, and the grounds are AWFUL! It is embarrassing for my mom, to have company visit, and for them to see the unkept grounds. The grass/weeds are always knee high, and the shrubbery has NEVER been trimmed down. It looks trashy, and it's unacceptable. Complaints apparently don't help, either. As an apartment complex, groundskeeping is a part of running that business, and it is truly lacking here.
I love it
Poor management. They do a lousy job on grounds maintainince. No pool chairs. Gate doesn't work. Parking lot floods during heavy rain. One over worked maintaince man. Constant dumpster problems. Cops are always in here.

Employees are a bunch of thieves. They take a very long time to fix any issues.. Don't follow the contract. Beware they have keys to your apartment and like I said they are thieves and crack heads.
We were not allowed to see our apartment until after we signed lease. It was so dirty we had to clean it before we could move in. Washer and dryer were broken. They didn't have any to replace them with. Had to get my own. Diswasher is a piece of junk. A/C freezes up. Shower in master bedroom was so dirty we have been unable to use it. Fridge smelled like rotten food, they had to bring us another one.
