Other than that the place is great to bring your kids.

My kids love it here, and so do I! I can play some great arcade games while my kids play on the trampolines!
Very clean and lots of space to jump. Staff were very friendly to me and my kids. Suggest signing the waver online before showing up. Co-located with bowling alley and arcade so plenty to keep everyone busy. Also had a grill/cafe with a big basket of fried food for $13 not bad for the amount of food! We will be back.
Have told manager on two ocasions that the bigger kids bully the smaller kids especially in dodge ball. I think that they need to watch the kids more closely to keep this from happening. My grandson got hit in the eye twice in one night by a bigger kid.
Altitude is way better this place sucks kids cant have a good time too many picky rules. Kids couldnt throw foam cubes at each other. Stick with altitude.
