If I could give it 0 stars out of would. I should have take heed to the reviews online but I'm more of the type of person I have to experience it for myself to form my own opinion. My children have been wanting to go skating for weeks so I decided to take them tonight. Before I did I called inquiring about prices which at first I was told one price but when I got there the lady at the window was very rude and condescending. I simply asked her what the price was one price when I called on the phone and different when I got there she became rude. My children feel very uncomfortable by the staff who following him around. That skating rink was too small. There is no kid area for beginners learners and young children. Everything there was over price. And I would never recommend this place to anyone of my friends nor will I ever come back. I would rather drive an hour and a half to the skating rink in New Orleans. The crowd there were cussing and this is supposed to be a family establishment. Please don't be like me don't waste your time or your funny going to this place.
Absolutely DO NOT RECCOMEND. Me and my mother brought my littlest sister and her friends here to skate (8 kids). First, the lady at the front overcharged my mother and would not give her a 10 dollar bill back and instead gave her 9 dollars and when my mother said she had short changed her she handed her 4 quarters instead of a dollar bill. The owner would not let me in because I wasn’t a parent of one of the children, however I was a chaperone and am almost 19 years old. I also wasn’t skating. I also was very polite and the owner proceeded to get in my mothers face as she asked him why he was charging me to sit there and be a chaperone if I wasn’t skating. There’s no way he could have expected her to take care of 8 kids on her own and if he did, he’s obviously crazy. He also does not have WiFi so why he is charging for chaperones to enter the building is beyond me. You also won’t have signal here being that this is a metal building. It’s also filthy and feels like the establishment hasn’t been cleaned in years. The seats are made of carpet and are filthy and probably have bugs in them. The bathrooms were disgusting and the dining area was also filthy. The kids also complained that the machines were covered with grime. Worst experience at a place of business I’ve ever had.
This place needs new owners asap.!! They dont even deserve a star.. The older lady and man are so rude and they are Racist.!! I will never return to this place.!! The bathrooms are horrible and they didn't even have hand soap.. when I went to go ask them about it they gave me attitude and were so very rude.. I booked my kids birthday party here and it was the worse.. they don't explains things right.. than they tell you to wait 5 to 10 minutes after your 1hr schedule time and you have to leave 10 mints before your hour is done. So you actually only get 45 mints instead of 1hr. considering your paying $140.00 for an hour and you only get 45 mints.. and the service was so horrible.. OMG you ask for the drinks that are already included in your party and they took 20 mints for them to get there and if you ask for refills they won't even bring them on time and their excuse is you don't have enough time.. I will never book another event here.. This has Definitely the worst place ever!!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone..
This place was so outrageous with their prices. It was 50 dollars when you add up the trainers(use to be free) and all the drinks and snacks....way overpriced. And so rude to people....except to the regulars that get by with cussing each other and slap boxing. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place.
This is one of the best places on the coast to bring your kids have a good time and not become completely broke. I have been bringing my kids for years. I have also read some of the others reveiws, and i am confused on the bad reviews. The school my children attend hold a skate night every year here and it is a success. I suggest giving this place a try.
