Guess what? They didnt find anything, so the lady came up to me and said. - Well if you want the mechanic will take apart your console panel, ( to look for loose wires) but that will cost you $ 320.
She almost called me a smart ass, but she stopped and asked me if i was a mechanic?
I was like - Okay, so im gonna pay $320 for you just picking on my car without knowing whats wrong with it? Also, the part thats broken would be around $300-$400, plus the instaletion (another 200-300). And you telling me at the end i will pay about 700-900 for you not giving me guarantee that my car will be fixed?

I would give no star if i could. I call in to get my car fixed. I also knew what was wrong with it. But i was told that they have to connect the computer to see the problem ( and that cost me $160). To which i said - But, ma'am, computer will not give you no errors. And i know what wrong with it.
Here’s why; Susie and desk mate decided that they didn’t want to greet us (my mother and I) when we walked in. Once we were finally greeted, the employee looked us over and asked how she could help while looking at her computer screen. She also had her music playing (through her phone) while we were talking. My mother and I felt judged and they did not make us feel welcomed. There were several issues and all were dealt with attitude. This location has cost BMW two loyal customers, as we plan to trade in our vehicles and never buy BMW again. You can thank the pretentious, and judgmental ladies working the desk. Feel free to contact me as there is way more I haven’t added to this.
I had an absolute superb experience at this dealership and purchased a new X1. I even drove an hour and a half from Mandeville because I was so impressed with the service at galleria. Cody Bowman was an excellent salesman and was a model of professionalism, warmth and honesty. I would disregard the one star reviews of Galleria, I had a five star plus experience. If you are buying a car, give them a call and ask for Cody.

Great service, friendly atmosphere, clean and welcoming waiting area. Took my vehicle there for a service and was actually in & out faster than I've ever experienced. That's including the time it took for me to be greeted. The lady was ready to greet me before I even put my car in park! I love that! So glad they came to our area.
Well i payed 160, and left. That was the worst situation, waste of my time and $160.
