Joey’s service was worth the drive from NOLA! The price was great and everything went by quickly. No hassle approval with financing. We are pleased with our choice!!!

Update: 12/20/2017- AC has stopped working again, vehicle back in the shop, text one of the sales agents to let them know AC is out again (fourth time in the shop since we bought it), no response (of course).. vehicle officially meets state guidelines as a lemon, have paid close to $1000 out of pocket for repairs, even with aftermarket warranty..

I was more than pleased with Dalton's impeccible service at Direct Auto. He went out of his way to put my family in a vehicle, even drove me home in the snow. Can't beat that kind of customer service.

Horrible customer service, was lied to about recalls being fixed and amount of aftermarket warranty coverage sold during purchase.. AC didnt work, was promised it would be fixed.. a repair was attempted, however it did not last.. when i called to tell them they said it was out of their hands and nothing else could be done.. vehicle was overpriced, customer service was horrible.. (10/18/2017- I JUST got a call from Christy telling me to call the other store and she hung up on me, the manager of that store yelled at me and was horribly rude!!! THEY CALLED ME, NOT VISE VERSA!!!).. both "loaners" we were given during "repair" had major problems and i believe they sell Lemons!!! Dalton was AWEFUL.. Olivia was great, tried to fix everything, her hands were tied, they really dont deserve her!!!.. They have said the only way they will reimburse me for out of pocket expenses for ac repair is if i take down this reveiw and dont talk about the incident with anyone.. they are trying to silence me for $100.. BOOO!! never.. Ill speak of my situation so others people dont get scammed and ripped off by this horrible used car lot..

Dalton was great! I ended up with a better automotive than what I came for. Dalton and Joe were great. I will be heading back there for any future auto purchases!

I purchased my first car at this place and trusted them. It’s a beautiful 2014 Nissan Sentra (on the outside). After having it a couple months I noticed rattles in the suspension and several other things. After getting the car checked out, I was told it was in several accidents. When I spoke with the guys at the dealership, they told me that “90% of their cars have been wrecked”. I also told them that a light stays on my dash and they UNPLUGGED IT. They said they would call me back and still have not. Reading the reviews on here tell about the great customer service they have.. well SCREW THAT!! I need a GOOD CAR, the customer service is temporary, but a car I have to pay on for years means much more than that. These cars are JUNK, do yourself a favor and DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
