Wanted to buy a work truck. Wasted a week of our time saying the seats were being redone after paying a down payment . Finally go to pick the truck up and it shorts out the entire time driven because come to find out the battery hadnt been grounded. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
We bought a beautiful Toyota Tacoma at Car Smart last night. Alex could not have been a nicer guy. His dealership may be small, but it's very respectable and professional. Alex clearly has high standards for all of his vehicles. The price was fair on a great vehicle that's hard to come by - we didn't even bother trying to negotiate. It was a great deal and Alex made it nice and easy. If you're looking for a used car in this area, make him your first stop. Even if you don't buy a vehicle there, you'll walk away feeling a little better about used car salesmen.
Alex was great in helping my son get a car. He was very helpful in sending us to the right places to get a loan and in choosing the best vehicle for his needs. My son is in the military and we did not know where to begin because we aren't from this area. Luckily we went here first! I would definitely recommend them again! Thanks a bunch!
We bought a very nice used car and we felt that the salesmen were very honest with us. I only gave them four stars because we only bought the one car. If we were to buy another car and have another great experience I would not have a problem giving five stars. If you need a car, give them a chance!
