This store is the best Petsmart I have ever been to. The employees are always helpful and really care about what you have come in for. I feel like they care about what I think.
Make sure you have a Pet Perks card and sign up for their web site emails and text message savings alerts. If you don't do that Petsmart can be a bit pricey.
Today Petsmart D'Iberville exhibited EXEMPLARY customer service. Last night when I noticed that I could lock in Black Friday prices by ordering online, I made my order for store pickup. Usually, it is ready the next day, and I am just about out of dog chow so I figured I would go and check on the order. When I arrived and asked about it, they explained how backed up they were on it and why. The cashier checked in with the manager and asked if they had caught up, and told me they hadn't. Okay, cool. I get it. I didn't have a "ready" email anyway. I thanked him and went to shop for the things I forgot to put in the order. The manager tracked me down himself to personally explain the situation and apologize to me, and reiterate that the Black Friday prices I had gotten on the order would absolutely be honored. I wasn't stressed in the first place but these people went well out of their way to be sure I would be a satisfied customer. I really, really appreciate the excellent level of service today. When you consider how busy they were already, on top of my request, they were amazing!
Getting kinda crowed and overwhelmed with all the products but I had a great person who assisted me.. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
