Staff can be informative but also depending on the person can be very rude.
Decent service. Postal workers on customer service at front desk can be pretentious and condescending at times. They need to consider the customers coming in aren't experts on postal regulations. Chill out.
Hello everyone
The postman left the wrong key. So I couldn't get my package. I called the office and they said that it would be later on that evening about 5 .so the person that I spoke with decided to take care of it for me, she made sure I got my package today. Customer Service is excellent !!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you !!!!!!!!
I love our post office. They are pretty fast, with as much as in their control. They have always been respectful and nice.
I love the customer service here. I had a returned package due to insufficient address information. I called them to locate it for me to come to pick it up. She is very patient to look the package for me. I appreciate her effort to do that. Great customer service.
