If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a two large special pizzas and my total was like $26 and some change. I get a call from papa John's saying they could not deliver our pizza to us because their manager said after ten o'clock they weren't allowed to deliver because my neighborhood was considered a bad neighborhood! I stay in the gates of Biloxi it is absolutely quiet out here so I'm a little disappointed in papa John's not only was I told they couldn't deliver the pizza I just paid for but my refund would take up to 24 hours to be refunded even though it took seconds for them to take it from me. I told the guy to get the GM to call me and he insisted to keep talking over me in a loud voice so I just hung up and wrote this review. Needles to say I won't be ordering from Papa John's in Diberville anymore. If I am willing to spend almost $30 on pizza I feel like they should be able to accommodate their customers just a little better and stop stereotyping neighborhoods that are not bad AT ALL.
Second time ordering from Papa John's and the pizza being late. First time I ordered it was 20 mins late and the pizza dough wasn't cooked all the way. I complained to them about it being late when I was waiting and they gave me half off. The second time it was last 36 min I called and they just basically told me when he gets here and if it is cold they will remake it. I'm sorry I am starving I don't want to wait for him to see if my pizza is cold just to send him back for to wait another hour or so for my pizza I should have had an hour and a half ago. Then when he did finally get here I asked him if he got lost because I would have understood if he did then blew the whole thing off, but this kid just look me in the eyes and said no. Sorry never ordering Papa John's in this location AGAIN. When my co-worker said you guys were wack I gave you the benefit of the doubt. Not anymore
Food is great .. but the customer service is terrible and rude.. we and many others order and have our food delivered. . We all tip well we are 6 miles from them .. they now state we won't deliver this way it's to far . It's your loss ..
