They don't even deserve 1 star! The worst customer service experience of my life! They are more than happy to help you when you are looking to purchase, but once they have your money you can't get anyone to answer the phone. I haven't even had my bed delivered yet, and I can't get any assistance. Will be returning it as soon as I can get someone to answer the phone, or call me back. If I can't get service now, what's it going to be like when something goes wrong and I need service. $8000 purchase, I expect at least a little bit of customer service. On hold a total of 2 hours and ended up having to give up so I could go to work.
