My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about Haney's Pawn Shop. Initially, I stopped in because I saw a sign that said, "On site jewelry repair". I made a quick stop to discuss some jewelry repairs, and from there, history was made. First, I met Lisa. She was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. I instantly felt comfortable and knew this was the place for me. I returned later that day to meet Buddy, their jewelry repair specialist,...or should I say ARTISAN. I had a pretty complicated request and Buddy worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. In addition, he went the extra mile by showing me how to get what I wanted without spending an extra $300. THAT is how you get repeat business. I felt respected and not taken advantage of. When I went back to pick up my jewelry, I was extremely pleased. The work was world class. It was done extremely quickly, and Buddy went out of his way at pick to make sure I was happy with the result. I have to say Buddy is one of the best jewelry professionals I've EVER encountered. Lastly, I have to mention James. He took a lot of time with my husband showing him rings and talking about various types of settings. He was honest with my husband about different rings and how they would work with his active lifestyle and daily wear/tear. What we noticed and LOVED is that no one at Haney's was interested in a "tell them what they want to hear" quick sale. They were genuine and took TIME with us. That made all the difference. Thank you, Haney's, for a great experience and for honesty and integrity in business. We WILL be back.

Also, he helps out a lot when ever I may have a question about anything in particular about a gun and always goes above and beyond for his customers! I love Haney's Pawn Shop. The staff is so sweet and friendly and very funny. I had so much help with them. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I really could spend all day there and walk out smiling and buying. I bought a computer they fixed it and had me on my way. They are so thorough.
