Rude and they do not care. I was trying to make an appointment and she was unhelpful and had an attitude right from the beginning.
They are a business in it for the money first and patient care falls somewhere way down the line.
AMAZING STAFF! Everyone has a different episode but of course us as patients can get rude! I hate see the negative comments because the staff here is amazing. Me, my child, and husband are seen here! I will always recommend this place to everyone! The call center people are probably the ones that I would complain on. but I always ask to speak to the clinic. Np adams is amazing, she always takes care of what needs to be taken care of. love this place!
I was told by two MDs, not at their location, that I needed a specific procedure. I called to speak with NP Adams, to find out if she could do it, since she was my current practitioner. Instead of calling me back, she just put a note in the system that stated I had to come in and pay $123, for a visit, before they would tell me whether or not they have the capability. The office manager has refused to return my calls and the main office ignores my emails. Refusing to disclose if they have the capability to do a procedure is simply based on greed. They have shown me that money is more important to them than people.
The adult medicine provider at this clinic is amazing. She's the best I've ever encountered ever in my life and travels. She went out of her way to check on me when I had a procedure done at the hospital. She really cares about her patients. The lab staff are pretty awesome and really know what they are doing. The front office staff are really good and work with you for scheduling appointments. Overall, very pleased with this little clinic.
