To day we went to buy some plumbing parts and there was no one to help finally some one from the store called to have plumbing department for help. A woman named "Jennifer" came and said we don't carry that in a RUDE manner and turn around talked to a man who is only browsing. She refused to talk to get the parts name on the phone. With a very angry look she claimed that she know all about plumbing. Never experienced such a nasty attitude. We buy so many items each month from Lowe's on-line also. This woman is bad. We got parts from Home Depot. Very eager to helping person. We will start using our business from "Home Depot".
It's a Lowe's. National brands at good prices. Helpful staff and good selection. If you've been to a Lowe's, this one meets the expectations for their brand.
Edward Gay is the best saleman and employee Lowe's has hired. He is the only reason I go to this Lowe's or else I'll drive elsewhere to obtain my purchase.
I appreciate all of the help whenever I shop at Lowe’s. Also, they are the only “big box” store I know of for offering military and Veterans discounts. I always shop there when they have what I need (almost always!).
Very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They were helpful in helping us prepare our paints, give us feedback on our ideas, and answer our questions. They also helped us arrange an order to pick up later. They even stayed open 10 minutes past closing to help us check out.
