180 fitness is a massive step up from the planet fitness " no judgment zone" cookie cutter mold. They (180 fitness) actually Don't judge those who show up to lift with real intentions. There are still rules and regulations they abide by in a cookie cutter fashion. If you're looking for a gum that will take your health goals seriously then this is the one. If you're looking for a gum that feeds you junk food after you work out then this isn't the one.
The group exercise program is AMAZING! I absolutely love it, the classes are always fun and the instructors are the most personable people on the planet! The facility is also always clean and NEVER over-crowded!
Great place to work out.. All the equipment is up to date and state of the art. Also the best part of the gym is all the equipment works! Can't tell you how many times I've been to other gyms and there's at least 2 to 3 machines always broken. Staff is always super friendly and the gym will have all the amenities you'll ever need.
The people there are great. The equipment is clean and ready the place is well organized into sections for different ways to workout. All in all it is one of the best gyms I have been to.
Lastly, a special shout out to the staff: Mike, Dawn, Christian, and Hannah for doing a terrific job!
I have been to a lot of gyms, but this one has been the best! The staff is awesome and very friendly. The machines are kept up nicely, and when they are in need of repair they are back in service very quickly. I spend 5-6 days a week in the gym, so I want to spend it in a place that takes care of me. Thanks again for making this gym what it is. I wouldn't change anything!
