Dr. Cooper is awesome, as well as the nurses and staff.
Had nothing but problems since I have been going their.. Schedule appointments that they canceled and did not let me know until time to be at Dr. This happen twice in a row.. Unable to get testing supplies on a certain test they said they could do in a reasonable time. Its been almost a year and still to this day test are not completed..They want you to see the same Dr all the time, but cant keep same Dr their..When your Dr leaves they do not notify the patient of the time they will be gone or even if the Dr expects to even return..If you are wanting a Dr that you want to see all the time. Then i suggest you go somewhere else.. Been threw three so far and now need to find another Dr Because they are unable to fill a script for my daughter that has severe eczema because her current Dr is on maternity leave and was told they don't even know if she will return. And after I said I would take my child somewhere else and take records with me due to my daughter being shy and not being able to get the medicine she needs..Then they was more than happy to have a Dr see her that does not see toddlers at all, and since she dont how could I even trust a child with her.....So with all the frustration with this office over time this has been nothing but bad experience..
I thought my daughter broke her ankle. I didn't want to go to the ER, because with my ins that's a $250 "copay". I came to this clinic ($35 copay) as a walk in. She was seen with xrays in about an hour. Dr. Cooper was very nice and so was her staff.
Very rude staff, 2 hr wait for simple drug screen. The nurse was unprofessional and very very very mean. I would never return for even if I was really ill.
Love this place! Dr is so nice and nurses are super sweet. Can't understand the bad reviews!!
