The most unhelpful employees, I couldn't get help with issue form anyone including customer service via phone. They left me on hold 35+ minutes I finally hung up. I WILL NEVER EVER shop here or store online again!!!!! An hour later, still no help with issue. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Horrible!!!!!When trying to return an item purchased there was told I did not purchase there even though it was listed on my receipt. Then was told the machine was smarter than the people and it knew if I purchased it there????REALLY I guess you need to photograph items purchased as you purchase because they sure the heck don't have a clue here. Don't bother with surveys or customer service they only send you back to store there is no authority just smart machines.......
My visits are always very good and the clerks always. Very helpful and friendly thats why khols is my favorite place
