I love Ross. By far it one of my favorite department stores. But the Manager here named Amber, is so rude. I was standing right in front of her asking her to open the glass case so I could try on some jewelry, and she looked me right in my face and walked away. If you are to good to help someone as a manager, maybe you should not work in customer service...

It's pretty alright, very similar to TJmaxx and other discount department stores.
They have everything and name brand that is so affordable. They have clothing as well as housewares. Linen, dishes, and toys etc. The list goes on. I'm really cheap and I have no problem shopping there. Nice clothes up to a 24W is available and they are extremely nice.
