This gentleman Jacob is amazing. He works hard to find you something and he seems really concerned about his customer. The young lady Jessica is very friendly. I love this branch in D'Iberville is WONDERFUL!

Went in a night before my reservation to make sure everything was ready for the next day. Awesome customer service.

Horrible Customer Service. I had tried to use the Kiosk at the BX on Keesler AFB, but they were not there, that day. They didn't post anything letting anyone know that they weren't open. Two other people were waiting at 10 AM for them to open. Anyways, I called to see if they could do a pickup because I didn't have someone to drive me to the business. I was arranged pick up in an hour. I called them ahead of time to let them know I need some more time and arranged a pick up 2 hours later. I arrived at the pickup point and waited for an hour after my pick up time. I called and asked about the driver and the employee told me he was on the way and would give me a call as soon as we hung up. I waited an extra 30 minutes. I called again and inquired about the driver. They didn't even send one. Another employee told me that they would send another driver within 10 minutes. Guess what? No driver. It wasn't until 30 minutes after that that I finally get a call from the driver. They wasted 4 hours of my time. Overall very unprofessional and I hope no other stores are like this.

High turnover of employees makes renting difficult especially when we use our debit card. What's the purpose of showing your most recent utility bills and pay stub just because we choose to pay with our debit card? The process is the same as with a credit card, you hold a deposit and price of the rental. Why all the hassle because it's a debit card? And now this branch has a new manager and I don't know him/her at all. Other employees know me and have told the new manager that I'm in there all the time but the process remains the same as if this was my first time renting from this store. I would like to be treated as a established renter (if there is such a thing) and not be penalized for the method of payment I choose.
