Staff is delightful. Location is very convenient.
Depends on the time of day you go and if the lines are super long, frapps are hit or miss. Line is usually wrapped around the building, and moves super slow most times. Friendly baristas is hit or miss also. Popps Ferry location tends to be a better option.
